Pianoteq must be restarted.

This occurs when using an external audio interface. 

With previous versions of Pianoteq, upon waking Pianoteq was unable to find the external audio interface, and would pop up the dialog box shown in the screenshot -- which I suppose was a different, smaller bug -- but the program still functioned.
