I would love to hear some suggestions for the best solo piano recording regarding the color of piano.
I've finally managed to achieve my reference track of choice (Einaudi - Oltremare) with PTQ 7.
And I don't like it. I mean, I don't like the sound of reference.
I also have this weird relationship with Pianoteq 'native' sound. I absolutely love Bechstein. When I hear it I get more emotional than a guy should admit. But I also run away from that sound because it doesn't sound like any record I could get my hands on. On top of that, now any record sounds poorly recorded compared to PTQ. So, I'm kinda lost.
What is some great sounding example you like? And have you achieved that sound with PTQ?
