Here are the curves I use with the Korg Kronos with the RH3 keybed.  I smoothed it out a little manually. Works for me...

Sustain is for the Korg pedal.  I haven't adjusted that.

Global Sustain Velocity = [0, 10, 59, 117, 127; 0, 0, 64, 127, 127]

Which velocity curve is selected on the Kronos?
