To be more correct, in the user area he can find the serial number. The commercial add-ons (Rock Piano, Electric Pianos, Vibes) cannot be downloaded separately as they are embedded in Pianoteq already. They can be activated (unlocked) in the Options - Add-ons tab (the Rock Piano is currently referred there as YC5).

Thomas, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Pianoteq (3.0.5). You can download it from your user account.

ok. got it.

but what about the rock piano. That was a free add-on when purchasing pianoteq-3. I have the activation code in my email, but I don't see the rock piano add on in the option add-on menu....

any suggestion?

When you buy Pianoteq 3, the Rhodes add-on works in demo mode, which disables 8 keys, similar to Pianoteq demo version. To get them working, you need to buy Electric Piano add-on, for 49€!

I just bought PianoTeq 3. When I use the piano sounds, all keys work properly. But playing on wurli of Rhodes, 8 black keys don't work:
F#, G# and A#two octaves below central C, and all black keys in the third octave above central C

Any idea how to fix that?
