Nice video; thank you for sharing it. It looks--from the size at the start of the video--like its an F228 (it could be the slightly smaller F212 but those are fairly rare compared to the more standard F228). From the sound, the mic is positioned high and to the right of the case--away from the keyboard and action and picking up roughly half room tone and half piano tone.

I do not have details on how the recording was made, nor details on either the Fazioli that he chose to play, nor even on the Fazioli that he chose NOT to play [!], but the recording is certainly contemporary.
