Help!!!!!!!!

A# is in the C position when using Pianoteq Pro using my keyboard controller. It appears that the entire Pianoteq keys are shifted up by a whole step and a half.

Is there a way to move key positions in Pianoteq so that they are in the right position on my midi keyboard controller?

Notes on all my other piano and keyboard vst's are located in the right key positions on my midi keyboard controller.

In other word when using all my other piano vst's when I play a middle c it plays a C note. In pianoteq when I play a middle c it plays a A#, and
this applies to all other notes as well. How do you shift the notes in Pianoteq so that they are positioned correctly on my midi keyboard controller?
