Unfortunately although the preset imports the sound is no different. </p><p>But knowing it&#039;s damper noise I&#039;ve decreased the duration of the noise and that seems to work on the very staccato passage so that I think in the mix it will be ok.</p>]]></description>

That&#039;s the damper closing off the sound producing that kind of release sound. It&#039;s part of the model but you can make it almost inaudible by editing Damper Noise in Pianoteq pro for the specific keys. Or you can set the damping duration to a minimum but that affects the all range.</p>]]></description>

The only noises I hear are just the attack and the release clacking which can be completely turned off in the action section. Both are a natural part of the instrument.
