Usually, a piano keyboard has MIDI settings a user can adjust. Local control is one of them. If you can switch MIDI local control to its off position, that setting will shut off the keyboard’s internal sound engine. When local control is set to off, no keyboard internal sound is generated by a key press.

A keyboard volume slider will also reduce and shut off the sounds of piano notes.

Windows, Mac or Linux, for example. Audio interface? What exactly does "sound comes from both my piano and my laptop mean? (How are you routing the sound both outside of and within the computer (from where, to where, through what)? Are you using direct monitoring from your audio interface? There are lots of possibilities).

OBS allows for a variety of sometimes operating-system specific audio inputs. In Linux, I sometimes use PulseAudio sink and PulseAudio source in JACK, but more often I export an audio file from Pianoteq, record just the video with OBS, then sync the audio to the video in a video editing app.

At any rate, good luck.
