Maybe I misunderstand. Have you contacted support?

Anyway I’m still using High Sierra. Although I seem to recall my Apple PowerBook G4 used to occasionally black out an application window. The problem was in the computer itself.

ok for redirecting, but it certainly hasn't anything to do with velocity curves.... I did not find a "computer/ OS" related forum...

Hello everybody,
I have been using Pianoteq for years without problem, since last autumn on Mac. So far without problems, but since some time the GUI turns black after a while and only partly returns to normal in sections of the GUI when clicking on it. I haven't yet understood when exactly that starts to happen, has anybody observed the same? All other apps work without that phenomenon.
