I need to listen to it for sure. I feel the need to explore more ""underground"" composers that were not the focus of the public attention as much as the most famous ones. And I have never listened to the composer from Norway, even though I lived there for some time.

I looked him up, and I liked how this guy looked. He reminds me of Einstein a bit, and his suit looks exactly like the one I saw at https://www.gentlemansguru.com/ the last week. I will definitely listen to this ""Wedding Day at Troldhaugen,"" and it will probably be the first Norwegian piece of classical music I will listen to.

Now I found something very special, totally different from Bach’s music, Edvard Grieg, Norwegian composer.
It’s not an easy piece, and it is not a perfect recording. But I love these mysterious chords. Kind of a master piece! And I have a new registration again.  - Troldhaugen was Grieg’s home.

Maybe it was Beethoven who said something like, playing a wrong note is insignificant, playing without passion is inexcusable (or was it his piano pupil F. Ries’ summary of Beethoven’s thinking)? Anyway, it’s easier playing with passion with pianoteq with sustainpedal than with Organteq, but I try. And you know, if the word organist can be divided, so, I’m not an organist, not half an organist - but if not even a piece of an organist, even so, I’m a very happy organteqenthusiast :-)  :-)  :-)
And - if everyone played the same way, life would be very boring.
There is a recording, on yt, from 1903 where Grieg himself is playing this piece on piano very fast. I’m playing it slower, my thick short fingers can’t play this piece faster, sorry for that  :-)
