Yes all uploads should be limited to 10Mb.

But it seems there was something wrong with our settings.

Hi, I'm trying to upload a file but I always get the same message: file too large. It's 7 mb big so it doesn't reach the 10 mb limit. Is it the limit referred to all user's files?
It's 'moonlight sonata' 1st movement so I can't shorten it but just lower quality eventually.
