1) IMHO, high pitched stops (e.g. 1") should not just cancel playing at a certain point (e.g. in the highest octave shown for the keyboard) but "repeat" playing an octave lower than expected (e.g. as 2"). 2) The stereo position of the pipes is not as I would expect it (using my headphones). In church organs usually the even notes are on one side and the odd notes are on the opposite side.
