Hi,
Most owners of any Kawai Grand Feel actions (GF1/GF2), are sooner or later having issues with a key or more, which feels stuck (stiff) at the beginning until it no longer sounds (no hammer contact actually).
I've made a video showing how you can repair it by yourself with not much effort and almost no tools.
No need to say you rather call the technical service if the piano still is on warranty (not my case).

The procedure is basically the same for any CA9x CA6x or CA7x
