I can get one for a good price and thinking about trying this with my mac mini running Pianoteq (to bypass its internal dac). This is for my living room installation and I dont need a multiple in/out audio interface in that room. Searching the forum, I found a few (old) opinions warning about latency in DACs versus a good audio interface. The Dacmagic Plus is still well rated for an inexpensive DAC. Any thoughts?
