and since it's an easy piece, I'd like to play it tonight (or at least one of the ones on the list).
Any recommendations on how I could get that sound?

Hi Keybender ... not too long ago, Steingraber grand was introduced to Pianoteq which included the "felt feature" unique to the actual Steingraber grands.  Just control/click the Sostenuto pedal and choose the "Celeste" setting.  You may then go to the midi settings and select a numerical value to determine how "thick" the felt between the hammers and the strings will be!  Just try this with the U2 and you wlll be surprised at how close you will get to the sound of that piano in your Youtube demo piece.

Hope that highlights some different tones/velocities across the ranges. For example you can hear some metal, fuzzy growl on bass (not too boomy) and sparkle on trebles and so on. A lot of the sonic character is thanks to forum user bm's lovely work on his Schimmel FXP's (used my earlier edit of that as basis for this).

For several ways to quickly alter it closer to any individual ideal, I'd recommend opening the main EQ and drag around the dots (or type in different values), choosing a different reverb also may quickly change ambiance. Try different velocities and maybe different hammer hardness (Standard/Pro users).

Hope it's enjoyed by itself or as a starting point along that road.
