I have connected my Yamaha cp33 piano via USB into my PC (Linux). For audio output, I use an external USB-soundcard (Focusrite scarlett 2i2, but the aux-output of the computer sound card should work as well). Two active speakers are connected to the sound card.
But you have to select the right output in Pianoteq (Options --> Devices --> Output). Play with the output settings. One of those will work. It may be called "Built-in Output".

Hi,

I currently have a kawai ca78 and have recently discovered pianoteq. I wanna use the internal sound of my piano so I've plugged the midi cables from my piano into the laptop and the midi seems to be good but I don't get any sound from pianoteq. I have downloaded the asio drivers. I got ASIO then Realtek HDA SPDIF out 1 and 2 as output audio
