I tried to activate manually, but there is no "Manual Activation" button on the Electric Add-on Activation Page.

Registered Serial No online, but again no Manual option to create Code.

Eventually risked going online with my DAW PC, but Pianoteq Add-on "Quick Activation" button, made no attempt to connect Pianoteq to Authorise.

Anyone have any ideas?

I have sent official Support request, but weeken?
