In "Beyond the Tales" I used:

Pianoteq Stage v6.5.3
"Steinway D Prelude" with custom reverb and some miner EQ changes
"Sound Recording" as output.
The condition was set to 0.10

I had to mono all frequences below 270 hz cause the lower notes was panning all over the place.
And it fixed some phase correlation issues too.

It's a very long song, but there is some piano in there somewhere
Not fancy playing as I am not a piano player, but I think it was just right for this type of music.
