I think you have to eable your in and outputs in the asio for all edit panel......

Great suggestion, Emanuel.  I didn't realize there were settings in ASIO4ALL.  When I downloaded it, Pianoteq recognized it as noted above.  But based on your suggestion, I opened the exe and discovered it apparently had not really installed!!?!  So I installed it and, while I haven't hooked up my laptop to my controller again, I expect it to work since ASIO4ALL is now appearing in the Audio Device drop down.  Thanks!!

I have the impression that there are more who have problems to install these everyday asio drivers on their system.
So for now and always,you have to download and install them on your computer and then you have to enable your inputs( if necessary)and outputs in the asio for all control panel......
