Just a hat tip for this insightful update point in 6.5.3

* Fixed issue where the default audio output is automatically selected when the current soundcard becomes unavailable.

Not only might that solve a few audio niggles for some, but also I detect that Pianoteq is starting up much quicker (maybe because of dropping some now unnecessary fetching?).

If not that, well, it's certainly loading in a flash now here, in case it's relevant data.

The list:

* Fixed wrong sound with the MKII when used at a very low internal sample rate.
* Fixed internal error with the Kalimba at low internal sample rate.
* Fixed issue where the default audio output is automatically selected when the current soundcard becomes unavailable.
* Fixed a few clicks at the tail of notes in some MKI presets.
* Minor update to the Model D Classical preset.
