* Fixed issue where the default audio output is automatically selected when the current soundcard becomes unavailable.
Not only might that solve a few audio niggles for some, but also I detect that Pianoteq is starting up much quicker (maybe because of dropping some now unnecessary fetching?).
If not that, well, it's certainly loading in a flash now here, in case it's relevant data.
