			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Chilled lo-fi groove with jazz piano and guitar improvisation. Uses a i - iii - ii - i progression in B dorian. I&#039;m using the &quot;U4 Recording&quot; preset in Pianoteq 6 with some chorus and Ableton&#039;s Frequency Modulation. I&#039;m also using the Rhodes &quot;MKII Jazzy&quot; preset.</p><p>Hope you enjoy it!
