Hi Gareth, this is something I've not been able to reproduce.

In 100% of cases over the years, exporting to a WAV file has resulted in exactly what I hear within Pianoteq.

If you have more info (equipment/setup), or a file to upload, that might help trouble shoot it - but maybe contacting Pianoteq support might be quickest/best.

Hi guys,

I'm new to Pianoteq, have been playing around with the trial for about a week, I recorded a piece with my Midi keyboard and Sustain pedal, which sounds great within Pianoteq, but when I export the sustain is no longer on the recording.

Is there a way to solve this issue?
