I've been getting multiple (like 8 would be typical) notifications for single posts to threads I subscribe to.

This only started since the  recent forum update.  It's very annoying.

I'm using Linux Mint 18.3 with Firefox 66.0.2 64-bit.

I've tried a full reload of the forum pages (using shift-reload) but that made no difference.  But as these notifications are generated server side I don't imagine this should have made any difference anyway.

Not surprisingly I've turned off the "subscribe" option on this thread, so apologies in advance to anyone who replies and is awaiting a response.

Anyone with the same or similar issue could perhaps post here.

While I'm on, I think the new forum format is using space badly - it's more empty space than content.
