			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Thanks for the feedback everyone.</p><p>There are quite a few of these educational pieces that I have plans to further develop into larger/more complex works, and this is one.</p><p>Yes, the majority of the material that will go into this method has been tested on students, and the newer pieces are being tested as I complete them. And yes, working with students with them is always enlightening -- giving a much better sense of not only common technical challenges and solutions, but also of how a student is likely to hear and process a given piece initially. I first started composing these educational pieces about 17 or 18 years back when I was first teaching and found gaps in the method books I was using. Some have been revised very heavily over the years.</p><p>By the way, this particular music is based on the Ukrainian Dorian scale (hence the G#).</p><p>I&#039;ll keep you posted as the release approaches -- thanks for the interest.</p>]]></content>

But perhaps it leads into the next piece with a certain logic.</p><p>Have you tested the pieces with students? That is an important step in writing for the educational market.</p><p>Just a couple of thoughts. </p><p>Great performance, recording, and presentation as always.</p>]]></content>
