Thanks Gaston, for pointing out this with stereophonic. Have not used it since 2013. I remember an old thread where Philippe pointed out the difference stereo vs sound recording (can’t find it) but found another thread where he explain stereophonic ”is just a particular position of 2 microphones….it can be different from one instrument to another”.
One can get same result with sound recording (Philippe did this ex once , too). But, I found this Interesting reading: ”What the stereophonic perspective exactly is” in forum.
https://www.forum-pianoteq.com/viewtopic.php?id=2996

Very interesting these tests without sustain pedal !
The sound is very clean, natural. That makes me want to try the K2 again.
And when the pedal comes it's just with the right amount in the right place.
When I start working in Reaper on one of my Pianoteq improvisations, I often remove all the pedal strokes on an item, then I tweak the note lenghts in order to avoid gaps between them. That gives this cleaner sound.
A suggestion: You could try setting the output to Stereophonic instead of Sound Recording (See another thread about "Caffeinated music").

Playing much without pedal here. Read somewhere that J. Brahms didn’t even have a sustain pedal on his practise piano….?
I like the K2 ”singing strings” in part 4 and 6 when using sustain pedal.
For some reasons I have never used K2 before. Now I can say I like it, though! It is like being in front of me….Try it one hour…maybe you like it?
I suppose you can guess which composer in which part I was thinking of in some of those 9 parts.
https://youtu.be/uAWF1GvREoo
