At the default level it sounds at the forte level, and even at the lowest (-15db) level it sounds annoying and distracting with the new sound.</p></blockquote></div><p>Yes I agree with the fact that it is too loud. <br />I am ok with the sound but it is loud.<br />Pianoteq has a high output level in comparison with other vst instruments. <br />For that reason I play usually at -7dB on the volume knob. <br />The metronom is then too high, even at -10dB.</p><p>I think this should be seen as a problem in the last version.</p><p>A solution could be to lower the output level of the metronom. <br />Another is to link the metronom with the volume of the piano.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Although the intricate details of Pianoteq’s piano voicings are unbeknownst to me, I just want to say bravo to all at Modartt and the beta team that contributed to the latest revoicing.</p><p>It appears a marvelous scheme beckoning the listener to envision now discrete discernible sections, even the individual key placement of the keybed; upon which the pianist perhaps to become the virtuoso performs.</p><p>I may add; as once I compared the software Pianoteq to piano recordings, I today openly compare piano recordings to Pianoteq!&nbsp; And, it’s affordable to the struggling artist anywhere!</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Well done! The Steinway D is much much better!!! To be rational, there are more balance between lower &amp; higher registers, both in volume and timber. Lower keys are louder and have too much harmonics than highs in previous versions. The problem really annoyed me because the overly aggresive bass masked high notes and messed up the music. I&#039;m satisfied that the problem has gone. Besides, higher range has fewer glass&amp;crystal flavor which makes it more convincing now.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>First try yesterday, I must test some more hours but I find a great improvement on the Steinway B.<br />The bass notes are now more natural, without the chorus-like or flanger-like effect they had before.</p><p>The Steinway D is more round, delicate on the upper register, less agressive.</p><p>Didnt&#039; test the K2 yet.</p><br /><p>Thanks Modartt for this update</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Very tasteful musical improvements - quick staccato to me feels and sounds more true and the textures of developing slow movements far richer and melded. The Steinway D and B have such new tone depth and character. Very happy also that the K2 had a revisit.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Just played 6.4 for an hour..Stein B did not seem very different to my hears. Maybe a little smoother. Stein D however sounds much better! More definition, richer bass. The D now seems a must have for me!<br />As for the Beckstein DG, I need more time with it. Initially, it seemed a little brash and cold, but tweaking rapidly improved it. The preset &quot;snappy&quot; is very nice, more bite than pretty much anything I have hear in PT.<br />Anybody else noticed the cool new sidebar display in the Effects section?</p>]]></content>
