Windows Update is of course not running always over here.

No dropouts over here on W10 Pro without doing any particular system tweaks. RME drivers are the best.

Don't have a nVidia graphics card, their drivers introduce a lot of DPC latency into the system.

I also have a Babyface pro, and still have some rare sound cuts.
As for the graphic card, I use the graphic shipset of my core I5.
I suspect some processes related to Win defender or Win update to start to run sometimes in background.

Even after a lot of optimisation in Win10 Pro, I still have some rare dropouts (maybe 1 small dropout every 3-4 days...).

I used the above guide to fine tune my 5+ year old computer and now have zero glitches after playing for hours. My processor is an earlier generation Intel i3. I have 4GB RAM and an SSD hard drive.
