I spended 2 hours yesterday searching for an answer, trying things out and I found the answer!

First in the komplete kontrol search menu, make a right click on the pianoteq sound, on mac it will appear "show in finder"
Will be similar on Windows I suppose.

There you have the direct path to all pianoteq NKS files and in a hidden subfolder called "preview" the preview sounds of them.

If you wish to keep ALL the librairies but don´t want to hear the sound of the libraries you didn´t buy, just go into preview folder and delete the preview sounds (ogg files). You can now scroll in your Pianoteq librairie but will only hear the preview sound of the library you bought.

If you wish to totally remove the libraries you didn´t buy, delete them in the main pianoteq NKS folder we found before first and then reinitialize the komplete kontrol Database like shown in this link :

https://support.native-instruments.com/...Incomplete

It´s deleting the komplete.db3 file on mac with komplete kontrol closed, and after a restart komplete kontrol will rescan all libraries and keep only the pianoteq you wished. Done!
