Dear Niclas,
I sent a mail to their support team, and have not received any answer. Anyway, this product is bundled with a 2011 app (Music Reader) that is absolutely useless and sent me back 10 years ago. It's doing AirTurn no good to sale these things, even at cheap prices — I did pay over 60€ for this useless thing because they had to send it to France from USA. Absurd.

This is exactly what I did ! But I think it's important that modartt knows about it, because it's a shame for such a high quality company to have such old stuff refurbished on their site. I know I should have been more careful, but well… I just trusted modartt and now I feel I've been abused in my trust.

It's a cross-sale promotion of a product Modartt has nothing to do with (apart from just partnering with AirTurn for a cross-sale promotion). You should be contacting AirTurn support instead.

I bought the AirTurn AT-104 that was offered in a "sale" last month in Pianoteq's site. I just received it.
This is a piece of … I do not understand why such a wonderful piano emulation program could offer this kind of old product. It's not configurable in my mac, does not work with bluetooth (there's this huge dongle that reminds me of old logitech stuff we used to have fifteen years ago), and above all, it does not work reliably. The only thing it does (page up/page down) it does bad ! It turns two pages at once, or no page at all. Rubbish. This is me offering real feedback on a shameful sale.
