This issue reminds me of something, by I can't recall what it was. Feel free to contact us at support (at) pianoteq.com , with a small Logic project attached that exhibits this issue. Don't forget to mention if this is the 64-bit AU pianoteq, or the 32-bit one (displayed in options / about panel).

hm... I tried this out for the first time now (to have multiple outputs in Logic 8). And it worked really good when I had stereo channels, but with 5 mono channels it send both out 1 and 5 to channel 1 and out 2 was send to channel 3, out 3 was send to channel 4 and out 4 to channel 5, so channel 2 was not used... Is it only me that had this problem???

Hi Kensuguro,
you can rout each mic output to any channel: in the mic section, clicking in the mix matrix lets you adjust level and delay for each mic into each output channel (via the 2 sliders that appear on the left after clicking). For example, if you click in line #1 column #2, you will be adjusting level and delay of mic #2 into channel #1. Hope that helps.

In trying to get a particular tone using mic placement, I keep wanting to EQ to get better isolation between different mics.
Seems this would be alleviated by using directional mics, but for now, it'll help if each mic output could be routed to the host on different channels.
