I'm new to the forum, but a longtime user of Pianoteq; any help or advice much appreciated.

I have recently been getting an error from Pianoteq 6 which throws Protools Ultimate into a fatal crash.
I just downloaded 6.2.2 this morning and the error/crash persists.
The text of the error is:

Pianoteq 6.2.2/20180718 x86_64 fatal error [uunf]

effect 0 Tremolo returned crap! o=1 sr=48000 nc=2 l=64 sil=0 e=1 sc=12224 12224 p=[0 0.428303 3.78938 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 ]

Any help greatly appreciated.
