Problem with VSTACK and 3.0.1

I have discovered what appears to be a problem with 3.0.1.
Steinberg VSTACK will crash if you try to load 3.0.1 (x32) along with any other vst instrument, such as the B4II. 3.0.0 loads fine along with any other number of vst instruments. It looks to me that some change between 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 broke the ability to for Pianoteq be properly hosted in VSTACK. Fortunately I still have the 3.0.0 version. I have also found the same problem with the VSTHOST program. Are others experiencing this? Is there an update being readied?
