Basically an online notation program using Flash.  It is fairly feature rich and very quick and easy.  But what it really does is make it very easy for collaboration.  Right now, it doesn't play external MIDI instruments -like Pianoteq- but they are working on that.  But you can export your score as a MIDI file or .XML score.  I already signed up -just email & password- and made a silly etude in about 10 minutes.  You can view it here without having to sign up or do anything:
