From the Audio MIDI Setup Utility:
96kHz 2 ch 16-bit Integer
96kHz 2 ch 24-bit Integer
96kHz 2 ch 32-bit Float

Notes:
I'm running Pianoteq at 96kHz/48kHz, Performance Index 75-112
MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), 1.6 GHz Intel Core i5 5250U
