Grotrian Player preset advice

There is something that annoys me in this factory preset and in the Grotrian in general,

So after some test I have find it is the hammer noise that is a little too high (for me) in its factory setting especially when playing in the pp range. To my ears, a setting at 0.85-0.90 is more pleasant.
I have not at all this experience with the Steinway D or the K2, where the hammer noise is just ok in the factory presets.

Am I the only one to have this impression?
