And on which controller keyboard do you have inputs for 5 pedals, and how often would you use those extras? I find it redundant in today's times.

"[...]for example, Érard was the first maker in Paris to fit pedals on the piano, and his instrument had several pedals. There was the usual sustaining pedal, an action shift, a celeste, and a bassoon pedal (which put leather against the strings to make them buzz). A knee lever moved the action further than the action-shift pedal, making the hammers strike only one string."

Ok so out of those five, two are standard (sustain and "knee lever" which would be una corda). I have no idea who would like to have a bassoon pedal O_o' And celeste basically "filters out" the harmonics giving a subtle and soft sound. Nothing that Pianoteq can't do already with some tweaking.

I love the Harmonic Pedal.
But prefer attaching a toggle button from my KS88 to CC69, since it's a trick for runs and won't be used on every tune.
Using the sostenuto pedal to drone the lowest Ocatve of the C3, I can reach up and hit the toggle button assigned to the Harmonic Pedal ( CC69 ), then deactivate it by hitting the button again.
Just a taste of the Sos droning an Octave and and an ascending whole tone scale.
I can't do this on my Upright or any other rompler/library I own.

http://forums.planetz.com/download/file.php?id=4602
