Just had a listen to that demo: it's great!
Yes, I am aware of the Diatonic Mode and can see how it works. It would be incredibly useful also for a non-harpist who wants to write or arrange for the harp. But for myself, having no more than basic 'working knowledge' of harp technique (remembered from attending an inspring lecture/recital given by a harpist when I was a student), I think I will be sticking with the chromatic mode!

With Pianoteq harp you have to pay attention to the sustain pedal : it works reverse way compared with that of a piano, except for Harpe a la piano and Harp dreamy.
That may be confusing when you have to edit in a piano roll : If you cut in a note, the sustain remains stuck on until the next Pedal off control change.

The good people at Modartt went out of their way to allow the Harp to play in the manner that experienced harpists approach the instrument. 

Click on the tiny letter "D" to the left of the Pianoteq keyboard, and the keyboard will switch to "Diatonic mode".  This mode is unfamiliar to regular keyboardists, but should be immediately approachable to harpists:  They will notice (just as in a real harp) that the C notes are shaded Red and the F notes are shaded Blue.  Then the seven clusters of what are normally black notes to us, each represent the three-position pedals that are inherent to a real harp.  Even the "order" of the pedals represents what a harpist might expect to find in a real instrument.

In case you haven't heard it, I provided a Harp version of "Take Me Out To the Ballgame" found on Page 3 (as of this writing) in the "Recordings Featuring Pianoteq" section of this forum.  This was originally intended to be a demo piece for the Harp because the original composition is in the public domain.  I transcribed an arrangement that Harpo Marx played, way back in the 1950's on the "I Love Lucy" television show.  Although Harpo published no copies of his arrangements, I transcribed the piece by ear and performed it on Pianoteq (then Version 5).
