I found easily the panic button and the file to delete. Thank you for answered me. Yesterday I also found other way very simple to restore by default. Under the logo Pianoteq at the top left, there is the name of the instruments, It needs to put the arrow of the mouse on this name and press down the right button. The young brother of a friend played with my Pianoteq as a video game and he changed a lot of things. He thought it was a video game. My Pianoteq became unplayable. I was surprised because even the graphics was damaged. Now all is okay, my Pianoteq is the same as a new one.

The panic button is in lower right corner above the virtual keyboard ("!" button). Restoring to factory settings is only possible by removing the prefs file (search your system for Pianoteq58.prefs).
