I installed Pianoteq on my Windows 10 tablet computer and I have a lot of trouble moving the controls or navigating menus. Often if I click options and then want to choose a tab (midi, performance, etc.) the dialog vanishes. Also if I try to grab a control knob and move it left or right it often doesn't work. I basically need two or three tries for everything I want to do. Does anybody have similar difficulties?

I tried the free touch program via ctrlr software also. The controls in that GUI react perfectly fine. But it does not list Pianoteq as midi destination, so it doesn't work for me either.
