external USB soundcard? A cheapie from Behringer e.g?
I don't know enough about Windows but I'm sure it works not unlike Linux: some processes have higher priority than others. In Linux I can configure things so audio and Pianoteq are at the top of the priority list. There must be something similar you can do in Windows. But don't run four soundcards, or if you do, give priority to the one actually producing the sound output from pianoteq.

Contacting Pianoteq/Modartt support is also a good idea. They are very helpful folk.

Well then, try a different motherboard, dunno what else to suggest, short of formatting the computer and installing the OS from scratch. Might as well try Linux as suggested above, too.

No, you don't have the latest version. LatencyMon reports version 376.53 for nVidia drivers, latest is 378.66. So try updating to that. Also, make sure you disable the option to install new drivers with Windows Updates in W10 (http://winsupersite.com/windows-10/stop...windows-10) - take care of driver updates on your own.

I guess if you tried 4 graphics cards, it's time to try a different audio interface? If that doesn't work, even though it's unlikely, it really could be the motherboard...

There are two days, i had the last driver.
I've tried 4 differents graphic card. No results.

OK, looks like graphics card drivers are the culprit. Try updating to latest version, since you're using an older one.

Also it's never a good idea to have a web browser open when doing anything with audio...

I have lost track of how many times these things appear in discussions on sound issues. I've never had one, but I'd honestly never try one because I've seen them quoted so often in problem reports.

Try using Pianoteq with the M-track 2x2 removed and using just the on-board X99 sound instead and see what happens.

If that's OK then start looking for updated drivers for the M-track 2x2 and see if that works. You should also have a look at the M-audio support forums (and I'm pretty sure you'll find other peope with problems there).

As someone mentioned Linux, I also use Linux ( Linux Mint 18 now ) and find no issues with it.

Please post a screenshot of latencymon report. Just listing random sys and exe files is not very helpful.

I would suggest resetting BIOS settings to default (but definitely disable Intel SpeedStep and similar power saving features).

That said, M-Audio interfaces are not really the ones with best drivers out there...

It should tell you which DLL is the reason behind so much latency. It can be LAN, wireless, etc.
