Found solution in 2014 thread:

I have searched every folder and there's no .dll file for pianoteq and therefore can't use it in Protools.
Any ideas how I can solve this?
SOLVED: Just uninstall and reinstall again in case this happens with you, you'll find the dll file in the VST Plugins folder under Program Files.

I just got Cakewalk Artist. I try to insert a soft synth, but Pianoteq doesn't appear. How can I insert it into the VST folder. Where can I find the VST folder.

Also, it seems that when I select the same Audio Device on Artist as Pianoteq, Pianoteq won't operate. I have to select ASIO4ALL with one and the Sound Card's audio device for Pianoteq. Is that normal?

Thanks!
