Is that the scale tunning choice or it's really out tune ?

'not sure what "tunning" is, but do you mean that some intervals seem more "out of tune" to you than others (ie well-tempered) vs all intervals being equally "out of tune" (ie the "perfection" of modern mathematically equal temperament)...?  the unisons sound fine to me and none of the intervals distressingly wide or narrow, so i'm curious what you consider to be "in tune", or was your comment really just meant as some sort of sarcastic dig at historic instruments with non-ET, perhaps in the same sort of vein with which Kalkbrenner's music was ad hominem attacked by the likes of Heine more on the basis of his alleged personality over any sort of real musical merit...??

edit: oh wait!  'looked it up & "tunning" is a word (albeit an odd archaic one) ~

perhaps then this was a freudian slip concerning the spirited state in which the observation about "out tune" was made...? 

Also it's an interesting piece of music by Kalkbrenner which is new to me.
