Sorry for the inconvenience. It is the first time we have this problem which was caused by our internet provider. It can take up to 24 hours for the correct IP address to propagate through all DNS, and the correction was done 15 hours ago, so it should work soon. Alternatively you can change/refresh your DNS server. Please contact the support http://www.pianoteq.com/support if further help is needed.

Software activation seems to be affected, too.
Is there a workaround to get pianoteq running?
I tried "quick" and "manual activation", but both seem to rely on the pianoteq website in some way.

€350 worth of software is not really causing much happiness here when it cannot be used.

Temporarily, you can reach the site without https: http://www.pianoteq.com/ or http://pianoteq.com/ if the first one doesn't work.

Yes, it is related, a certificate issue from our provider has induced a chain rule where a wrong IP was provided, so now we have to wait until all DNS are again up to date. It should be fixed by tomorrow. Thank you for your patience.

I was going to purchase the Kremsegg #1 collection, but am having some difficulty. I read about some certificate issues earlier, is this the same issue?
