]]> Sun, 09 Oct 2016 23:46:01 +0000 https://forum.modartt.com/viewtopic.php?pid=944994#p944994 <![CDATA[Loud piercing and ringing sound from the upper registers]]> https://forum.modartt.com/viewtopic.php?pid=944992#p944992 I finally got everything I need to play Pianoteq with Roland FP-30, JBL LSR305 speakers, and Focusrite 2i2 audio interface.  I started to play with it last night, and I noticed that anytime I started to use the upper register notes.  It would make a loud piercing, ringing sound from my speakers. I did make a mistake in purchasing 1/4" TS cable instead of the TRS one for my speakers to my audio interface.  Would that cause a problem since the TS cable is unbalanced while the TRS cable is balanced? I did order the right cable, and it supposed to arrive today.

Can someone tell me how to configure the software, so it will not do this anymore?
