so I bought pianoteq5 standard 2 weeks ago.

but i have some problem. i don't use cubase and Kontakt and just Recodinding through pianoteq .

whenever Exporting to wav file, that wav file has some noise sound. that is not white noise , irregular noise.

so I use windows recoder and recording diectly, not exporting.
(Version: 5 standard OS: win 7 SP1 , CPU: intel i5 3337u)

pianoteq support team guess that the problem is related to sustain pedal noise. so i adjust panel. but  curruntly , problem  persists.

Do you know this problem? then, tell me about  solution please. really thank you !
