Ok,

So I decided to reset the password.

With the new temporary password sent by email, I managed to connect to my account and I discovered that the password must have at most 30 characters.
There is maybe an issue during the registration time, because he accepted my 34 characters.

Hi,

My account registration was completed successfully, with a long and strong password ( lenght 34 characters with upper lower case and symbols ) , but I can't login to the user area.
