Using older .fxp files with newer models of Pianoteq

In general, I prefer the Model B sound out of the current pianos, but also really like the Pianoteq D4 workshop .fxp files for the Bill Evans/Glenn Gould/Beatles' Let it Be piano sounds:

I understand those .fxp files were designed for Pianoteq v4. Were the sound of the pianos created by those .fxp files updated or affected in any way when the D4 was updated to use the Pianoteq 5 model?

I wonder if the Evan/Gould/Beatles sounds built from the D4 model could sound even better if built on the Model B or the Blüthner?
