Open the OUTPUT/ACTION pane and push the Last Damper slider all the way to the right.

In the MKI Roomy preset of the Tines, the high notes of the last octave and a half are not damped, they're sustained by default and I was wondering if there's a way to tweak some parameters to have them not ring by default.
