I dont know if this has any relation with Pianoteq, but if you type your problem into Gogle search ( I do it 1min ago) you will find lots of indentical message problems like yours and the way how to fix it.

One of the solutions

open regedit

HLM-System-Controlset001-Control-Windows-Errormode
Change value from 0 to 2

Close Regedit, restart

I've just installed the latest update and when i go to "file" to open a peice i get the error " There is no disc in the drive.Please insert a disk into drive E".I've been using Pianoteq for many years and never had this problem.If i install an earlier version i now get the same error with those versions as well.Please help.It is very annoying
